About me - Sally Quorn

Artist, in love with wildlife & nature

I didn’t grow up in the art world. I started painting only a few years ago, in oils, because I wanted to bring something alive onto canvas — the spark you see in an animal’s eyes, the small moments you miss if you’re rushing through life.

I paint wildlife not just for how they look, but for what they remind us about ourselves: curiosity, resilience, joy. My work is a quiet rebellion against a world that moves too fast — it’s about slowing down long enough to notice beauty, to feel connected, and to remember we’re part of something bigger.

When you take one of my paintings home, you’re not just buying a picture of an animal. You’re keeping a moment of stillness, a reminder to protect the wild — both out there and inside yourself

The studio assistants

I feel incredibly fortunate to experience the unconditional love of my two girls—my loyal shadow, a 14-year-old Staffy, and Luna, my 2-year-old cuddle monster of an American Bully. Every day, they remind me just how deep and special the bond between humans and dogs truly is.

It’s an absolute honor to capture that connection through my art, creating timeless portraits that celebrate their spirit and the love they bring into our lives. These pieces aren’t just images—they’re lasting memories, preserving the bond you share forever.

Beyond the studio, my artistic journey continues to grow. I’m regularly featured in a gallery, with an exciting solo show scheduled for September. I’m also expanding into YouTube, sharing vlogs and tutorials to give a behind-the-scenes look at my process and the many roles an artist plays. My goal is to not only create beautiful artwork but also build a thriving creative business—one that brings joy to others while allowing me to do what I love every day
