🖤 Otherworld Art Market – Trader Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your space at the event.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid by the stated deadline prior to the event.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in your space being released to another trader.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel after full payment has been made:

• More than 14 days before the event: no refund will be given unless your space can be re-filled

• Less than 14 days before the event: no refund will be given

If you are unable to attend, you may arrange a replacement trader, subject to approval by the organiser.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the market must be cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including venue cancellation, weather, or other unforeseen events), we will aim to offer:

• A transfer to a future event where possible, or

• A refund excluding any non-recoverable costs already incurred

4. Products & Suitability

All products must align with the alternative, creative theme of the market.

Work must be original, handmade, or independently designed.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse the sale of items that do not fit the event.

5. Stall Setup

Traders must provide their own tables, displays and equipment unless otherwise stated.

Set-up and pack-down times must be followed as instructed.
All displays must remain within the allocated space and be presented in a safe and tidy manner.

6. Insurance & Responsibility

All traders must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and provide proof when requested.

Traders are responsible for their own stock, equipment and personal belongings at all times.
Otherworld Art Market accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

7. Conduct

All traders must conduct themselves in a friendly, respectful and professional manner.

Aggressive selling is not permitted.
Otherworld Art Market aims to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

8. Attendance

If a trader fails to attend the event (no-show), no refund will be given.

Repeated no-shows may affect eligibility for future events.

9. Promotion

Traders are encouraged to promote the event via their own social media channels.

By attending, you agree that photographs or videos of your stall and products may be used for promotional purposes.

10. Final Decisions

The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions regarding trader selection, stall allocation and product suitability.
