Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

All art prints, original artworks and products are carefully packaged and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, postal service delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or additional charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product or delivery price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Please check your country’s import rules before placing an order.

International delivery times may vary, particularly if parcels are delayed in customs.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To request a return, please contact us by email at squorn@squorn-artist.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original condition

  • securely packaged

  • returned in suitable protective packaging

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of original artwork, limited editions, personalised items, and made-to-order products, the following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • custom or personalised items

  • commissioned artwork

  • made-to-order art prints or products

  • original artworks are non-returnable unless damaged, faulty, or incorrect

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at squorn@squorn-artist.com with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and checked, any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
