Squorn Studio Newsletter Quarterly Prize Draw — Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 3 August 2026
1. The promoter
The promoter is Sally Quorn, trading as Squorn Artist and Skelly E Ton.
Contact email: squorn@squorn-artist.com
2. Who may enter
The prize draw is open worldwide where legally permitted.
There is no general minimum age for entry. Subscribers under the age of 18 should have permission from a parent or guardian before joining the newsletter or accepting a prize.
The prize is issued in pounds sterling. Winners outside the United Kingdom are responsible for international postage, customs charges, import taxes and any other local costs associated with redeeming the voucher.
The promoter’s immediate family and anyone directly involved in administering the draw may not enter.
Geographical restrictions are permitted, but they must be clearly disclosed because eligibility and other significant conditions need to be visible before entry.
3. How to enter
To enter, subscribe to the Squorn Studio Newsletter through the signup form on the Squorn Artist website.
No purchase is necessary.
Only one entry is permitted per email address.
All subscribers who remain subscribed on the relevant draw date will automatically be entered into that quarter’s prize draw.
Entrants must provide a valid email address and consent to receive the Squorn Studio Newsletter. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time, although anyone who has unsubscribed before a draw takes place will not be included in that draw.
4. Draw periods
A prize draw will take place four times each year.
The draw dates are:
1 March
1 June
1 September
1 December
Entries for each draw close at 11:59pm UK time on the day before the relevant draw date.
This means the closing dates are:
28 February, or 29 February in a leap year
31 May
31 August
30 November
The promoter may move a draw to the next working day where reasonably necessary.
5. The prize
One winner per quarterly draw will receive a £50 voucher to spend on eligible Squorn Artist or Skelly E Ton artwork and products.
The voucher:
cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be resold or transferred;
must be used within 12 months of issue;
may be used online, directly with the artist, or at an event or studio where purchases are being taken by the promoter;
cannot be used to purchase another voucher;
may be used towards an item costing more than £50, provided the winner pays the difference; and
will not generate cash or credit for any unused balance unless the promoter confirms otherwise.
Postage or delivery costs are not included unless expressly confirmed by the promoter.
6. Choosing the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible subscribers included in the draw.
The random selection will be carried out using a computerised random process or another fair random method.
The promoter’s decision is final, except where an obvious administrative error has occurred.
7. Contacting the winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address supplied when subscribing.
The promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner.
The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification email. Where the winner is under 18, the promoter may ask for confirmation that a parent or guardian has approved acceptance and use of the prize.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted, is not eligible or declines the prize, the promoter may select another winner.
The voucher will normally be issued within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance.
8. Publicity and winner information
The promoter may announce the winner’s first name and general location, such as their county, but will not publish their full email address or other unnecessary personal information.
A winner may ask the promoter to limit the information that is published about them.
9. Personal information
Personal information will be used to administer the newsletter and prize draw, contact the winner and issue the prize.
Information will not be sold to advertisers.
Subscribers can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the newsletter.
Further information about how personal information is handled can be found in the website’s privacy policy.
10. Fairness and disqualification
The promoter may disqualify entries that appear to:
use false or misleading information;
use multiple email addresses to obtain additional entries;
interfere with the operation of the draw;
breach these terms; or
involve fraud, abuse or other unfair conduct.
11. Changes or cancellation
The promoter may suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where circumstances outside the promoter’s reasonable control make this necessary.
Any changes will be made fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage existing eligible entrants.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of technical problems outside the promoter’s reasonable control.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
